In the winter of 2004, the original building from 1985 was refurbished. Now, the modern low rise Floriana complex consists of 315 guest rooms over 4 floors with the choice between one or two bedroom, self catering apartments established amongst gardens, sun terraces and a large pool area to provide the Mediterranean setting.

Each room is either air-conditioned or heated, depending on the weather.
